Sto scrivendo il mio secondo libro, questa volta in spagnolo e un saggio. Niente a che vedere con il mio fantastico primo romanzo italiano su Kratimus e Atlantide, questa volta si parla di cose reali, ma sempre con la leggerezza di una narrazione che lavora spazio alla mente. Italia mi ispira c’è poco da fare, con tutti i suoi difetti mi fa sempre stupire con l’ispirazione che mi sa dare.
Anche la mia esperienza portando il mindfulness direttamente a casa dei milanesiè stata fantastica e istruttiva. Questi dieci giorni a Milano ho conosciuto persone molto speciali che cercavano più Luca che meditazione, ma anche questo fa piacere. Il fatto che quando qualcuno ti conosce sulle reti sociali o su questo sito e ti sceglie per chi sei, per il tuo onore, per la tua semplicità di modi, per l’equilibrio di un meccanico di essere umani e senza l’ego di un terapeuta.
Mi è piaciuta tanto che inizierò a portarlo a Madrid, chissà se i madrileni lo apprezzano!
Adesso tempo di risvegliare il corpo e dare un po’ di lavoro ai muscoli! Il mio corpo non è solo il mio tempio ma anche il mio parco di divertimenti, il mio cinema, la mia Ferrari e voglio che sia forte, resistente e reattivo.
Così da poter amare, osservare, insegnare, potenziare, apprendere, ma soprattutto sempre e comunque essere pronto a sperimentare l’umanità in ogni sua forma. Perché alla fine è vero che ci vuole un fisico bestiale e anche chi non c’è l’ha di natura può averne uno bello potente, questo sì con un po’ di lavoro e un bel sorriso quando si inizia la giornata.
Abbiate un giorno pieno di forza!

My field of expertise is Communication and Human Systems. I look for beauty and ethics in my work: productions, advertising and photography on one side, healing, empowerment and evolution on the other.
We are more than we can see, so you can choose to live and die, or to keep living forever through the results of your actions. I think mankind has the need for evolution which is not a sure ending as most people say, it is a choice.
In my spiritual search I trained in the old shamanic ways and I translated it to modern people who doesn't need shortcuts and drugs to reach deeper meditation states. I've been collecting my thougths and help people meditating through the Featherless Shaman shape. No feathers, no stories, Pure Experience, Zero Belief.
In the meantime I write about holistic health, wellness and lgbt rights while leading empowerment meetings in Milan, Madrid, Ibizia and London as a Motivational Coach since 2010.
