There are a few things that can beat a recentely baked cherry pie, a wonderful night of passionate sex, or the hug of a friend when you don’t see each other for a long time.
A totally unexpected and incredibly fitting birthday gift is one of them.
When I left my home to go Milan the wall you see in the picture was empty. When I get back today my wonderful better half presented me a totally hand crafted fully equipped wall to cointain all my handmade herbal infusions!
It’s a dream make truth as when we moved in Madrid I had to mix it roughly as I don’t have any place to put them. I have a passion for infusions. It’s not only for the shamanic side of my life, my interest in herbal remedies come from my wonderful mountains and the idea that with only herbs people could survive and evolve to what we are today.
I’m quite tired for the flight and working at moment 0 I arrived, so I’m not sure I can really express the feeling I have any time I see this wall… but for sure I’ll show you how it is when it is full of natural healing power! 😉

My field of expertise is Communication and Human Systems. I look for beauty and ethics in my work: productions, advertising and photography on one side, healing, empowerment and evolution on the other.
We are more than we can see, so you can choose to live and die, or to keep living forever through the results of your actions. I think mankind has the need for evolution which is not a sure ending as most people say, it is a choice.
In my spiritual search I trained in the old shamanic ways and I translated it to modern people who doesn't need shortcuts and drugs to reach deeper meditation states. I've been collecting my thougths and help people meditating through the Featherless Shaman shape. No feathers, no stories, Pure Experience, Zero Belief.
In the meantime I write about holistic health, wellness and lgbt rights while leading empowerment meetings in Milan, Madrid, Ibizia and London as a Motivational Coach since 2010.

Ma che bello!!! Quante cose sto scoprendo! Noi qui usiamo moltissimo erbe radici fiori ecc per uso quotidiano. Un tipo di muschio per fare un infuso per la tosse. Poi un fiore per fare delle creme per le piccole ferite. Bravissimo!!

Spettacolo che muschio usate se posso chiederti? Io sono un appassionato da molto e mi piace tantissimo fare confronti e analisi di diverse zone perché 1)le tradizioni sono sempre molto interessanti e 2) soprattutto la terra si dice produca il meglio per i problemi specifici della zona per cui è interessantissimo sapere che tipo di erbe crescono e dove!!! 😀

It was a real surprise… and a big deal of expectations in a way… it’s like telling me to go back to this herbal remedies thing I love to do (which is difficult to do if u travel that much as very few people knows about it). Ah ah very good question actually… it’s on the 25th of July but we had so much problems with the first surgery and moving to Madrid etc that we couldn’t really celebrate it. So it’s a late birthday present and early anniversary present which is in 7 days! 😉
