A veces miro a las hojas del árbol en frente de mi casa y me quedo ahí fascinado. El viento las mueve y enseña todas sus manchas amarillas y marrones ahora que el otoño ha llegado. Miro a todas estas ramas, unas mas grandes, unas mas pequeñas. No es un árbol bonito. No tiene la gracia de ciertos arboles que cuelgan en facebook con frases bonitas. Pero tiene una historia preciosa que yo no conozco. Si solo pudiera vivir a su velocidad tal vez podría escuchar a sus palabras, saber lo que significan las vueltas retorcidas de sus ramas o el cuento que está atrás del grande agujero que sobresale de su tronco.
Me fijo más en su follaje. Crece más en un lado que en el otro. Será porqué de esta manera puede alcanzar mejor la luz del sol? Por evitar otros arboles? O porqué podado por un jardinero que esa misma mañana había tomado una «relaxing cup of café con leche» demasiado relaxing y se le ha ido la pinza?
La vida humana es más rápida de la de los arboles. Yo creo que es por esto que no hablamos el mismo idioma (claro, la falta de órganos parecidos hace su parte también). Pero las plantas ya nos comunican muchas cosas. Si no fuera así no vendríamos ramos de flores, o no utilizaríamos los diferentes colores de las plantas para adornar nuestras terrazas o nuestras habitaciones.
Ha salido el sol y el verde vuelve a dominar los colores. Cuanto cambian las cosas en un día nublado. Parece que cuando salgan unos rayos de luz todo tome vida. Y cuando se va, todo se pare otra vez.
La luz va y vuelve, va y vuelve. Así como los seres humanos en esta existencia, así como todo en esta existencia.
Ahora sopla el viento animando las ramas que perezosamente se dejan arrastrar. La luz a través del follaje danza en mi teclado haciendo resplandecer los botones color plata del touchpad de mi ratón.
Solo un minuto y todo volverá como antes.

I've been collecting my thougths and help people meditating through the Featherless Shaman shape. No feathers, no stories, Pure Experience, Zero Belief.
In the meantime I write about holistic health, wellness and lgbt rights while leading empowerment meetings in Milan, Madrid, Ibizia and London as a Motivational Coach since 2010.
