After enjoying for a few years my part of that immensity I discovered and craved when I began my Life Adventure as simple nameless psychologist in multinational companies, I needed freedom after Covid 19 and I started to change my priorities. When working with the elite, the first thing you learn is that if you’re not one of them, it’s difficult to ever be part of them, and after the brilliant career I’ve been having all by myself I wondered if everything I was pursuing so hard was going to mean something to me when I would have looked back in the future.

Super-living is a simple but powerful mindset change towards meaningfulness and my meaning in those fields was just the one someone else was giving me. Of course, through Optima Vita I always leave implicit marks on every project I make, but was that enough for me? Was it really that fulfilling after those years?

No. It wasn’t. Not anymore at least, especially while the crisis was climbing up the stairs of shootings productions leaving all around it’s cloudy unprofessionalism and juniorism. Leveling up doesn´t only mean «adding up» skills and experiences, it means redefining yourself and the environment around you at the same time. I needed something of my own, I needed to make a choice between being a facilitator of change, healing, and evolution, and actually being the change, the healing, and the evolution. For me, for my clients, for the elite, for everyone I care about.

While still working on my Super-living book sequels and follow-up projects, I came across a wonderful abandoned villa near Madrid. It was a dream house in a huge dream garden named «Villa El Paraíso». That was it. My next level up. My present and my future.

I was only level 4 when Peter and I refurbished the Como Lake villa a few years before, and it was a very light refurbishment. This one was different, it was a huge project. Villa El Paraíso had been left broken and abandoned for decades. Only the walls and the roof were ok, everything else was a new beginning.
I was way over my head, but I leveled up a lot more over the years and I thought maybe I was ready for a higher challenge. And this wasn’t only me… I had an amazing man, outstanding professional and very gifted interior designer at my side who was leveling up with me… It was time to Create something new through Beauty and Life. Not only a Villa, not only Home but my next project: Casa Villa El Paraíso.

This is the story of the renovation but it wasn’t just that. My Optima Vita made it possible with around 50% of the normal budget, avoiding failure due to 2022 catastrophic worldwide economical crisis, and saving our investment and the construction company in the process. Then, after the renovation I created an experience as a countryside house for the best families and groups in Madrid. A Villa to share, a photo-video shoot location, a temple of Peace and beauty in life for changing, healing, and evolving… and even more…
