Mentalist

My adventure began as a Clinical Psychologist with a focus on Systemic Neuroscience – a combination of knowledge of cognitivist, systemic-relational, and narrative treatments, very useful for mood disorders, behavior, anxiety, stress, relationships, feelings, etc. My strengths were active empathy and patient-centered counseling as a psychologist. And that was just the beginning of a great journey… In those days, I was working as a freelancer with teenage and adult patients with eating disorders, autism, reintegration, school, or work problems, but mostly human relationships and empowerment.
I worked with non-profit organizations, universities, and youth help organizations.
At the same time, I was beginning my exploration of the HR world as a freelance consultant. I was usually chosen for my personnel selection and motivation skills. Especially communication was my workhorse, and empathy a gift and talent cultivated by giving much importance to non-verbal language, studied not only in the university but deepened independently with NLP courses and books.
