Alcuni dicono che me la cavo con i rimedi naturali. Altri mi chiedono l’erba magica per curare i loro mali. Ma la dura realtà è che non è così semplice come googlare le parole e trovare la risposta.
Le erbe sono come una bella donna (o un bell’uomo). Devono essere conosciute, apprezzate, corteggiate. Non ne troverai di uguali.
Certo puoi sfondarle(i) buttandole in un mare rovente (di solito molto rapido) e credere di aver soddisfatto i tuoi bisogni, ma non è nell’approvazione dei pari che troverai la conferma, cosa su cui di solito chi ragiona in questi termini fonda le ragioni del suo agire.
Alcuni sanno quando è il tempo di sfondare e quando è il tempo di indugiare, di fermarsi, di lasciare un respiro in più. Certo, ci vuole più tempo. Ma poi, quando accaldato termini l’ultima goccia di infuso vitale, quella sensazione di pienezza e al tempo stesso di soddisfazione che attraversa anima e corpo. Quel fremito di consapevolezza che quell’infusione è stata fatta solo per te. Che non ce ne saranno altre uguali.
Sapere che qualcuno ti ha dato il suo tempo, molto, che non ti ha considerato un sacco di carne nella media, che ha apprezzato ogni suo difetto guardando nel complesso lo splendido risultato che madre natura ha permesso esistesse in questo mondo.
Questo è il mio rimedio naturale.
Se non hai tempo continua per la tua vita, abbindolato da etichette colorate e nomi altisonanti. Io sono solo uno dei tanti, ma se mi chiedi una infusione curativa saprai che non ci saranno storie, non ci saranno dolcificanti della mente, non ci saranno indulgenti e venali variazioni sul tema per guadagnare qualche centesimo in più.
Ci sarai tu e le erbe, e una parentesi per corpo e mente che in pochi potranno concederti.

In my spiritual search I trained in the old shamanic ways and I translated it to modern people who doesn't need shortcuts and drugs to reach deeper meditation states. I've been collecting my thougths and help people meditating through the Featherless Shaman shape. No feathers, no stories, Pure Experience, Zero Belief.
In the meantime I write about holistic health, wellness and lgbt rights while leading empowerment meetings in Milan, Madrid, Ibizia and London as a Motivational Coach since 2010.
